In this training video, we are going to cover Managing Opportunities. The opportunities feature allows you to convert new leads to paying jobs through the sales pipeline in our software.   • You can access the opportunities tab on the lefthand side of your dashboard
  • Name your leads and assign them categories based on what services they need
  • Keep track of each lead value and where they came from
  • Create tasks and reminders to follow up with potential clients
  • Add notes to each client throughout the funnel process
