In this training video, we are going to cover Call Reporting and Reviews. Reviewing your company’s calls on bi weekly or monthly basis is a great way to learn more about your potential customers and sales tactics. Our system allows you to review all of the calls that come in through your tracking number. Learn about all of the features you can take advantage of by pressing play:

Need a quick recap? Here’s what we just covered:
  • You can access your calls on the left hand side under Reporting > Call Reporting
  • The dashboard allows you to see an overview of answered calls, missed calls, first time callers, and duration of calls
  • You can also filter calls by date, year, and other time frames
  • See all your listed calls at the bottom of the screen
  • From the list, you can listen to each individual call, download it, and add contact information to each caller
